About The Position

The Governance and Compliance Program Administrator will administer enterprise compliance programs, including contract lifecycle management, corporate policies and procedures, and internal controls programs, and provide operational support to the legal and corporate governance department, including coordinating department projects, maintaining legal records, and managing confidential files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. The selected candidate must demonstrate a high degree of independence, accountability, and initiative. This role requires the ability to conduct research independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and provide timely follow-up with clear and consistent updates on progress and results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of corporate compliance, legal operations, contract management, paralegal, or similar experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Contract management certification, formal paralegal education (PCCE or PACE credentialing), corporate governance or compliance credentialing also considered
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems strongly preferred
  • Experience with policies and procedures and compliance management systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide project and matter management as necessary
  • Maintain organized filing systems, document retention processes, and legal records management
  • Draft, proofread, edit, format, and finalize legal correspondence, memoranda, reports, notices, presentations, and other legal documents
  • Process, review, and respond to subpoenas, discovery, and other records requests, working with other departments to identify and collect records, and generating appropriate correspondence and logs
  • Track regulatory or other external complaints and maintain related records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory filings and other department or enterprise deadlines
  • Handle confidential legal, corporate, employee, medical, and business information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Administer corporate Meta Policy, ensuring the timely review and approval of policies, procedures, and related communications, and provide support for department policy owners
  • Administer corporate contract lifecycle management program, coordinate necessary approvals, monitor expirations and renewals, maintain contract documents, and ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Administer corporate Business Continuity Program, Internal Controls Program, and other compliance programs, working with internal partners to identify best practices, develop and calibrate plans and other program documents, and ensure execution and compliance with program requirements
  • Administer insurance fraud prevention plan, including processing investigation and referral filings, awareness messaging, and assessments
  • Perform other related professional business support and administrative services as assigned
