They will develop team members through feedback and ensure staffing needs are met with competent individuals. Familiarity with resort services and flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected. Compliance with all store market policies and procedures is required, and the manager may need to fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations. Collaboration with the Human Resources Director for documentation and performance management is also a key aspect of the role.
