About The Position

Responsible for interacting with guests, making menu suggestions, taking orders, serving food and presenting guest checks to restaurant customers. Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times. May perform other duties as assigned. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Food Server, preferably in a gourmet restaurant.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• CER License is Required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning tables, setting up, and breaking down food service areas.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.
• Interacts with culinary staff to relay guest orders.
