About The Position

This role is for one of our clients. We are seeking business owners and administrators who actively manage their Google Business Profile (GBP) to participate in a remote research initiative. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who regularly maintain their business's online presence, engage with customers, and keep business information accurate and up to date. Your insights will help improve AI-powered systems designed to better understand business profiles, customer interactions, and local business experiences.

Requirements

• Must be an active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile (GBP).
• Regularly manage the profile by updating business information, responding to customer inquiries or reviews, and maintaining an active online presence.
• No specialized technical expertise is required beyond practical experience managing your own Google Business Profile.
• Experience managing a Google Business Profile.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow project guidelines independently.
• Good written communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Accounts with at least one year of active history.
• Business owners with newer profiles are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate consistent engagement and profile management.
• Professionals representing sectors such as: Hospitality & Lodging – Hotels, resorts, bed & breakfasts, vacation rentals, and specialty accommodations; Food & Beverage – Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering companies, and similar businesses; Retail & Shopping – Retail stores, boutiques, specialty shops, and consumer-focused businesses; Professional Services – Consulting firms, agencies, home services, trade businesses, and other customer-facing service providers.
