About The Position
This role is for a fiercely competitive sales professional with a documented history of crushing goals. The Google Pixel Sales Specialist will take ownership of the Google ecosystem within a dedicated Verizon retail store, with the ultimate goal of maximizing Google Pixel sales. The specialist will serve as an in-store brand ambassador, actively pursuing every opportunity to sell Pixel devices and accessories. They will also act as the "Pixel Guru" for the Verizon retail team, elevating their confidence to pitch the brand and multiplying sales impact. This role is ideal for someone with a competitive streak, who thrives under pressure, and wants their paycheck directly tied to their ability to over-perform.
Requirements
- Proven over-performer with a historical track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
- Self-driven and self-motivated, operating with a high sense of urgency.
- Fierce competitive streak, driven by leaderboards and performance metrics.
- Charismatic closer with high energy and confidence to approach customers, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Ability to teach and inspire others, leveraging existing Verizon staff.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have own vehicle to transport equipment.
Responsibilities
- Drive relentless growth in Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
- Actively intercept and engage customers to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build strategic relationships with Verizon store associates, coaching them and conducting product huddles.
- Act as the ultimate authority on Google Pixel, demonstrating features to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices.
- Ensure the Google Pixel display area is pristine, functional, and visually dominating.
- Keep the store environment energized and focused on current Google promotions.
