About The Position

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Architect to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions primarily within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role supports cloud-based applications and infrastructure, including application deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). It also supports applications operating within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and requires working in Linux environments.

The architect will support Google Cloud Network Services and GCP architecture activities, and work with GCP Vertex AI as required. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and high-quality cloud solutions while applying strong problem-solving skills to architecture, application, and infrastructure challenges. The position is based in Washington, DC, with approximately 20% on-site work. U.S. citizenship and the ability to satisfy Public Trust requirements are required; a Public Trust clearance or eligibility is specified.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience with Google Cloud Network Services.
• 0–2 years of experience with GCP Vertex AI.
• 0–2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• 0–2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience operating within Linux environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to satisfy Public Trust requirements.
