Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective oral communication skills for taking orders and serving customers.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to learn the menu items and options.
Physical ability to serve food/beverages and bus tables.
Basic math skills.
Must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.

Nice To Haves

Six-months food and beverage experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greets customers and provides exceptional customer service.
Takes food and beverage orders, prepares beverages, and serves customers in the dining room and patios.
Verifies legal drinking age of customers ordering alcoholic beverages.
Busses tables, restocks condiments and supplies, and performs general cleaning and sanitizing in the dining room and patios.
Ensures health standards are met.
Delivers and collects guest checks and payments.
Responsible for ringing transactions into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
May assist with training new wait staff.
