From offering course information and enforcing pace of play, to greeting each golfer with warmth and professionalism, you will be an essential part of creating a five-star golf journey from the very first tee.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism, creating a hospitable and friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Monitor play on the course, maintaining pace of play and upholding golf rules and etiquette.
- Verify tee times and green fees, assist with player pairings, and provide daily course information such as hole placements, tee recommendations, and safety guidelines.
- Relay important messages and weather-related updates to players in a clear, timely manner.
- Promote proper golf etiquette and provide first aid assistance when needed.
- Patrol the course to repair divots, fix ball marks, remove debris, and ensure cleanliness and order throughout the grounds.
- Return misplaced items or equipment to their rightful owners or the golf shop.
- Maintain professional radio communication with golf staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily play for operational planning and future improvements.
