About The Position
The golf staff position assists in the day to day running of golf courses and amenities. They will ensure that the needs of members and non-members are met by delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous golf course experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Open & Close Pro Shop.
- Operate Computer System.
- Responsible for completing all sales including multi-play card sales.
- Responsible for Tee Time Reservations & Log.
- Issue an invoice to each walker, riding player & twosomes as required.
- Count Bank & complete Daily Balance Sheet, CC Report, Review & Closing Report.
- Responsible for assisting members and non-members with loading golf clubs into carts.
- Checking out golf carts to members.
- Ensuring the golf carts are returned in good working condition.
- Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager and/or assistant manager.
- Maintain order and continuity of player traffic.
- Keep the outside area uncontested, neat, and clean.
- Do not allow carts to clog passage area, arrange them neatly after having been used.
- Follow procedures in management of the cart.
- Perform other duties as required.
