About The Position

The Golf Shop Attendant will greet each guest and educate them on course conditions, course rules and policies, and pace of play. This role will maintain communications from the first tee with golf shop, cart staff and ranger. The attendant will monitor the first tee, tee off times, turn times and finish times; reporting irregularities and misuse of equipment and property. The attendant will also ensure equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced.

Requirements

Possess excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
Must possess strong customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
Must possess a general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules
Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours
