About The Position
The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for various customer service and operational tasks within the golf shop. This includes managing opening and closing procedures, handling phone calls, checking in members and guests using the Jonas POS system, assisting with event registration, and maintaining merchandise displays. The role also involves providing product knowledge to assist customers with purchasing decisions and ensuring a high level of service and friendliness.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail setting

- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Jonas Point of Sale experience preferred but not required
- Golf knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the golf shop.
- Answer phone calls.
- Check members and guests in on Jonas POS.
- Help members register for events.
- Assist with shop merchandise displays.
- Provide product knowledge to help members and guests make buying decisions.
- Maintain a high level of service and friendliness.
