The Frog Golf Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Golf Shop Attendants. The Frog Golf Club is a highly acclaimed 18-hole championship public golf course designed by Tom Fazio, located in Villa Rica, Georgia.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems.
• Understanding of Club financials.
• Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of shop inventory.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment that is typical of this position.
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
• Frequent repetitive motions.
• Continuous standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the golf shop.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead Golf Professional in planning, promoting, and directing all golf activities.
• Assisting the Lead Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
• Notifying the Lead Golf Professional when supplies are low/needed.
• Completing customer transactions.
• Greeting and assisting customers with all needs between arrival to exiting property with a positive attitude and knowledgeable information.
• Assisting the Lead Golf Professional in the upkeep of the shop, merchandise and inventory.
