Requirements

A year of experience in a golf shop or similar retail environment is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are also valued.
Positive attitude and professional manner.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Flexibility with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Check golfers in for their tee times, confirm reservations, and pass accurate starting-time information to the shop and outside services teams.
Assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise, and handle special orders.
Process payments and credit cards, and record sales for merchandise, greens fees, and cart or club rentals.
Answer questions about tee times, tournaments, and resort happenings via phone and in person.
Pack, unpack, and arrange inventory to maintain full, organized, and inviting displays.
Assist with month-end physical inventory.
Support the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional in daily shop operations.
