About The Position
Topgolf is hiring hourly Golf Service Associates to help create an enjoyable, welcoming experience for Players and fellow Playmakers. This role is suited to people who enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are committed to excellent service. Associates help Players get started, provide information about the venue and gameplay, assist with golf equipment, and keep the guest services and retail areas clean, organized, safe, and inviting. The position requires frequent movement and physical activity, including lifting and carrying golf bags and other items weighing up to 50 pounds across multiple floor levels, bending, stooping, and standing or walking for most of the shift. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required. The stated pay range is $14.00 per hour; tips are available for certain positions. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available, with part-time and full-time schedules offered. Benefits and perks apply to eligible team members.

- Be able to sustain an active pace through a variety of physical tasks and longer shifts.

Responsibilities
- Welcome Players and assist with check-in and reservations, helping them get the information needed to begin their visit.
- Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions.
- Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment so they have appropriate gear.
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering helpful guidance and recommendations.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
