About The Position
This role involves welcoming and assisting players with check-in and reservations, providing information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions. The position also includes helping with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the venue, offering retail items to guests, and keeping the retail area stocked and organized. Additionally, the role requires responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, giving guests game demonstrations, and enforcing safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
- Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
