About The Position

Join the Golf Operations team at The King and Prince Golf Club and help create a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for our members and golfers. The Golf Services Associate is an outdoor, guest-facing role supporting golfers from arrival through the conclusion of their visit. This position assists with golf cart operations, bag handling, practice facilities, club storage, course staging, tournaments, and other golf events. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing exceptional hospitality, and being part of a team in a golf environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
• Ability to lift and move golf bags and supplies weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service, hospitality, recreation, or golf operations experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of golf terminology, etiquette, and equipment is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for golf and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and assist with bags, carts, directions, and general needs.
• Clean, inspect, charge, stock, and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Maintain the driving range, putting green, chipping area, and other practice facilities.
• Retrieve, stage, clean, and organize golf bags, rental clubs, and equipment.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming outdoor service areas.
• Support tournaments, clinics, outings, member events, and other golf activities.
• Anticipate player needs and provide attentive, professional service throughout each shift.
• Work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and other Golf Operations team members.
