Golf Services Associate | Intown Golf Club | Raleigh, NC ($16.00 - $18.00 / hour + Premium Benefits & Perks Available) Be the face of the ultimate member experience. At Intown Golf Club (IGC), we are rewriting the script for private social clubs and luxury lifestyle brands. We are currently seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Golf Services Associate to join our local operations team. Requirements

  • Previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality/customer service experience is preferred, but a natural passion for elevated hospitality is key.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekend shifts to support club operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the bag drop and assist members and guests with their golf clubs, warmly directing them to their simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities.
  • Maintain the pristine presentation of the putting green and all common outdoor/indoor areas, assisting the service and golf professional staff with quick facility upkeep between member groups.
  • Step in to assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, and ensure an elite standard of cleanliness and service throughout the entire facility.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to uphold IGC’s core values and ensure a seamless, world-class club visit for every guest.
