The Golf Sales Associate at Edwin Watts Golf is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture that is consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. This role involves evaluating customer needs, applying knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and making recommendations. The associate will educate customers on golf products, assist them in comparing options, and operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide valuable data. Additionally, the role includes assisting with merchandising, maintaining sales floor organization and cleanliness, researching merchandise availability, requisitioning stock, and taking inventory. The associate will also be expected to identify and suggest process improvements once fully trained and perform other duties as assigned by management.
