About The Position

The Golf Retail Clerk is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. This role involves assisting guests with merchandise, answering questions, and addressing comments. The clerk is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, refreshing displays with new merchandise, and ensuring an orderly presentation of goods.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with the game of golf.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills and be committed to providing a high level of customer service to each and every guest.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Graduation from high school.
• Minimum of one year working in retail sales.
