About The Position
As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will provide excellent customer experience for our members and guests. Assist the Merchandise Manager with sales, promotions, inventory, and ordering.
Requirements
- Lift 50-65 pounds.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills for staff/member relations.
- May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching.
Responsibilities
- Spread hospitality and goodwill among members and their guests.
- Keep Golf Shop neat & clean and order/stock supplies.
- Follow daily Golf Shop procedures.
- Assist in unpacking and pricing merchandise.
- Return of defective merchandise.
- Special orders.
- Help cart staff when needed.
- Bag storage updating and billing.
- Assist in monthly inventory.
- Process merchandise tickets and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Pick up mail from Administration.
