Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution, retrieval, and maintenance of golf carts to ensure availability and safety for all players.
• Assist golfers with loading and unloading equipment, providing directions, and answering questions about the course and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outside service areas, including cart storage, parking lots, and staging areas.
• Communicate effectively with the golf operations team to coordinate tee times, cart assignments, and address any operational issues promptly.
• Monitor course conditions and report any hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel to ensure player safety.
