About The Position
Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional, create a relaxed, friendly, professional environment, focused on the member’s experience. Assists in all areas of the golf operations.
Requirements
- Service focused
- Highly motivated
- Professional in conduct and appearance.
- Mature character.
- Flexible
- PGA Level I or greater.

- College degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes all Members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Anticipates Member needs.
- Aids all Members and guests.
- Assists the caddie master where needed.
- Sets up and maintains the driving range, chipping green, including changing yardage measurements, Club cleaning stations etc.
- Stages carts for daily play.
- Checks cart reservation book daily and delivers carts when requested.
- Ensure all carts are clean and are in perfect working order.
- Daily bag storage and cart storage inventory.
- Maintains that all rental sets are accounted each use.
- Removes trash in pro-shop, office and bag room.
- Vacuums and sweeps the bag room every evening.
- Clean pick range every Monday evening.
- Secures all areas at the end of the day.
