Requirements
- Enrolled in PGA Golf Management Education Program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in golf.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about golf and knowledgeable about our Facility
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- Must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Keep the cart staging area, practice facilities, bag drop, bag room, and cart barn clean and always organized.
- Presenting golf carts in a clean and orderly manner and making sure all systems are on and running. (GPS)
- Cleaning of member and guests' clubs and making sure they are put away in car, bag drop, or bag room properly.
- Always communicating with inside staff, first tee staff, and even grounds crew if needed.
- Friendly interactions with members and guests as they arrive and leave the property.
