About The Position
Performs general support duties related to outside services operations at Veenker Memorial Golf Course (VMGC), a premier public golf facility owned and operated by Iowa State University. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining equipment, supporting daily golf operations, and performing basic facility upkeep. The incumbent will follow established procedures and directions to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in golfing
- Prior experience in customer service
- General knowledge of ForeUp
