About The Position

TPC River Highlands is seeking a part-time, seasonal Course Advisor to join their team. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional golf experience by providing outstanding on-course service to members and guests. The Course Advisor will help maintain the pace of play, offer assistance and information about the course, and act as a friendly ambassador for the Club throughout the round. This position is performed primarily outdoors and requires working in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the game of golf preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Availability to work weekdays based on business needs

Nice To Haves

• Golf, country club, or hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to members, guests, and PGA TOUR players throughout their round
• Monitor pace of play and courteously encourage groups to maintain an enjoyable pace
• Greet golfers and offer course information, directions, and assistance as needed
• Communicate safety or emergency information clearly and professionally when necessary
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the Club by promoting exceptional hospitality and PGA TOUR service standards
• Assist with on-course operations, special projects, and other duties as assigned
