The Golf Operations Cart Attendant is a key part of the on-course experience — ensuring members and guests have everything they need from bag drop to the first tee and beyond. This is a highly visible, service-oriented role that requires energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for the game and the people who play it. Requirements
- Prior golf course or hospitality experience preferred but not required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
- Genuine interest in golf and a working knowledge of the game.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests at bag drop, assist with unloading golf bags, and stage equipment for their round.
- Clean and prepare golf cars, ensuring they are fueled or charged, equipped, and ready for each group.
- Assist with the staging and loading of golf bags onto carts and facilitate efficient flow on the first tee.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bag room, golf car fleet, and practice facilities.
- Retrieve, clean, and properly store golf bags and equipment after rounds.
- Provide members and guests with information about course conditions, pace of play, and club amenities.
- Assist with range operations including ball retrieval, range setup, and equipment maintenance.
