About The Position

Gimme's Par & Grill is seeking energetic, dependable team members to join their golf operations team as Golf Bay Support / Golf Operations Assistants. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with prior golf experience (cart staff, bag staff, caddies, driving range attendants, junior golf, course employees) or a strong passion for the game and a desire to build experience in the golf industry. The role involves working alongside Golf Professionals and the hospitality team to learn the daily operations of a high-volume indoor golf facility, including TrackMan golf simulators and TruGolf Multisport technology. The position focuses on ensuring golf bays are clean, stocked, and ready for guests, providing support to servers and bartenders, and assisting with general facility upkeep.

Nice To Haves

• Have worked as cart staff, bag staff, a caddie, range attendant or in another golf-course position.
• Are interested in eventually pursuing a career in golf, hospitality or sports.
• Previous golf-course experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clean, reset and flip golf bays between reservations.
• Ensure bays are fully stocked with golf balls, tees and other necessary equipment.
• Organize and maintain house golf clubs.
• Check bays before reservations to ensure equipment and technology are ready.
• Help guests with basic simulator operation.
• Assist with troubleshooting TrackMan and TruGolf Multisport systems.
• Communicate equipment or technology problems to Golf Professionals and management.
• Help keep reservations running on time and bays ready for incoming groups.
• Run drinks, waters and food to golf bays.
• Clear plates, glassware and empty cans.
• Pre-bus bays throughout reservations.
• Help reset tables and seating areas.
• Respond quickly to spills or guest needs.
• Keep golf areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist servers and bartenders during busy periods.
• Vacuum golf bays and surrounding areas as needed.
• Clean spills and high-traffic areas.
• Roll silverware.
• Restock service stations.
• Organize golf equipment.
• Keep clubs, balls, tees and supplies ready for guests.
• Help with other golf or hospitality tasks when needed.
