We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Golf Course Marshal/Starter. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our course while providing top-notch service to our valued guests.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a golf course environment preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the scheduling and coordination of tee times to optimize course flow and enhance the player experience.
- Provide outstanding service to our guests by assisting with starting times, answering inquiries via telephone, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established rules and policies.
- Monitor and enforce pace of play guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily play totals and other pertinent information to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Assist Golf Professionals with various tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the golf course.
