About The Position
This role involves delivering high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups, assessing skill levels, and tailoring lessons accordingly. The instructor will provide feedback and guidance to improve golf techniques, develop personalized training plans, and organize golf clinics and workshops. Responsibilities also include maintaining golf equipment and the training area, and staying updated on golf industry trends and teaching methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a golf instructor or golf teaching professional.
- Deep knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to analyze and correct golf swings.
- Patience and a passion for helping others improve their golf game.
Nice To Haves
- Golf teaching certifications (e.g., PGA or equivalent) preferred.
