About The Position
Topgolf is a global sports and entertainment community. This role involves delivering high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups, assessing skill levels, tailoring lessons, and providing feedback to improve golf techniques. The instructor will develop personalized training plans, organize clinics and workshops, and maintain golf equipment and training areas. Staying updated on golf industry trends and teaching methods is also a key aspect of the role.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a golf instructor or golf teaching professional.
- Deep knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to analyze and correct golf swings.
- Patience and a passion for helping others improve their golf game.
Nice To Haves
- Golf teaching certifications (e.g., PGA or equivalent) preferred.
