About The Position

Miami Lakes Golf Club, a Graham Hospitality property, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Golf Equipment Operators to join our grounds team. If you take pride in a beautifully maintained course and enjoy working outdoors, we'd love to have you on our team. Miami Lakes Golf Club is entering an exciting new era. The Club recently completed a $13 million comprehensive golf course renovation, along with more than $1.5 million invested in new maintenance equipment and advanced turf technology. The surrounding property is also growing, with a new 7-story luxury apartment community, retail development, a brand-new clubhouse, and a technologically enhanced driving range all underway. It's a rewarding time to join a grounds team that gets to help shape and maintain a newly transformed, championship-caliber golf course. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating turf, landscaping, or grounds equipment (golf course experience a plus).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Operate greens mowers, fairway mowers, rough mowers, and other turf equipment to keep the course in top condition.
  • Assist with bunker maintenance, irrigation checks, and general grounds upkeep.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Help set up the course for daily play, tournaments, and special events.
  • Work safely and courteously alongside golfers and fellow team members.
