Part-Time Golf Course Maintenance Position
About The Position
Waynesborough Country Club is seeking part-time golf course maintenance team members. Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided to individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The role involves the daily preparation of the golf course, including tasks such as detailed bunker preparation, walk mowing greens and approaches, filling divots, and general course cleanup. This position is ideal for those who enjoy physical activity, working outdoors, and are not afraid of manual labor. The Greens Department fosters an employee-friendly and fun work environment focused on completing tasks correctly and efficiently. The club experiences a high rate of seasonal employee return.
Requirements
- Ability to commit to every other weekend morning shifts on Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to work starting approximately 5:30 am on most weekdays and 5:00 am on weekends
- Must have a great attitude
- Must take pride in their work
