Requirements

• Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or grounds keeping preferred
• Knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and pesticide application
• Ability to operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to ensure the golf course remains in optimal condition
• Mow, trim, and edge greens, fairways, and roughs using appropriate equipment
• Blow Driving Range tee clean from debris and divots and fill divots as needed
• Operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor course conditions and report any issues or hazards to management
• Support seasonal and special event preparations as needed
