About The Position

Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Massachusetts, is seeking individuals for full-time and part-time seasonal positions on its Golf Course Maintenance Crew. The club features a 27-hole golf facility, including an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole challenger course, and a practice facility with a driving range. This role involves operating various equipment, maintaining course grounds, and working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Time management skills
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Must be available during weekday and weekend hours.
Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions - rain or shine.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience is not essential as we can provide on-the-job training.
Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Operation of motorized equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, walk-behind mowers, etc.
Mowing of greens, tees, approaches, and rough with ride-on or walk-behind mowers.
Maintenance of all sand bunkers.
Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Occasionally lift things over 50 lbs.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions - rain or shine.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Operation of heavy equipment, including tractors and riding lawnmowers.
