About The Position
The Golf Course Labourer for the Turf department is part of the team responsible for maintaining the grounds, turf, and landscaping of the golf course to ensure optimal playing conditions. Requirements
- Must be punctual for early morning start times.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must work well in team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Nice To Haves
- Prior grounds maintenance experience an asset
Responsibilities
- Mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways and rough.
- Raking and maintenance of sand traps.
- Course set-up.
- Operation of light equipment such as hand power-tools, push mowers, riding mowers, tractors, etc.
- Other turf duties as requested by the golf management team.
