The role may involve providing specialized training to golfers with special needs, administering first aid/CPR, setting up practice stations, and coordinating with grounds maintenance. Additionally, the position entails ordering and stocking supplies, communicating with golf staff, scheduling tee times, reconciling daily totals, monitoring the practice facility, and securing the golf shop at closing. The role also requires adherence to company policies, completion of safety training, protection of company assets, and providing excellent guest service according to company standards. This includes using clear and professional language, accurate written communication, and proper telephone etiquette. The position may also involve assisting management with employee scheduling and serving as a departmental role model, fostering positive working relationships, and supporting team goals. Physical requirements include lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and using computers and point-of-sale systems. Other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors are also part of the role.
