About The Position
Riverbend Church & Centre is seeking friendly and reliable temporary golf cart/valet drivers to assist during large events, including concerts, weddings, memorials, and conferences. Drivers will help transport guests safely across campus, provide directional assistance, and create a welcoming first impression for all who attend.
Requirements
- Must satisfactorily pass a criminal history and Motor Vehicle background check
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a clean, neat appearance and dress in provided Riverbend branded shirts with khaki pants/shorts and clean footwear (No Open Toe)
Responsibilities
- Performing valet duties in pickup and drop off areas including greeting and interacting with guests, removing needed personal mobility devises from cars and providing information, directions and assistance.
- Providing excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Safely operating golf carts to transport guests to/from parking lots to venues on the campus.
- Assisting with guest arrival and departure flow.
- Supporting event teams as needed with arrival and departure traffic flow and placing and collecting event parking signage
- Ensuring golf carts are clean, operating properly, and equipped with necessary supplies such as paper/cloth towels.
- Reporting any repair or cleanliness problems to the event manager
