About The Position

Beachside Golf Cars is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing retail sales team. As one of the fastest-growing golf cart dealership groups in the country, we are looking for someone who is competitive, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a performance-driven sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, creating opportunities, and closing deals. You will work with company-generated leads while also developing your own business through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, RV, marine, golf carts, or similar industries)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and create long-term customer relationships
  • Comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and working a sales pipeline
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, email, and online sales platforms
  • Ability to work weekends and retail hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from first customer contact through delivery
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
  • Conduct showroom presentations, product demonstrations, and vehicle walkarounds
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right golf cart, accessories, and upgrades
  • Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain consistent follow-up through phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Track customer interactions and opportunities within CRM systems
  • Convert leads into appointments and closed sales
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Generate additional sales opportunities through Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, local community groups, and other online platforms
  • Create professional product listings with quality photos and videos
  • Help increase showroom traffic through creative sales efforts
  • Increase sales profitability by recommending accessories and customization packages, lift kits, wheels, tires, lighting, sound systems, and upgrades, extended warranties and service plans, and delivery and protection options
  • Maintain a clean and professional showroom environment
  • Ensure golf carts are staged properly and ready for customer viewing
  • Assist with merchandising and product presentation
