About The Position

Golf Cart/Driving Range Attendants are responsible for creating an outstanding golf experience for members and guests. This involves greeting golfers, assisting with their bags, preparing and maintaining golf carts, and ensuring the practice facility and driving range are ready for use. The role also includes monitoring range ball inventory, assisting with events, and supporting daily golf operations with exceptional member service. These are part-time, year-round positions with an expected schedule of 15-25 hours per week, requiring availability for shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to safely operate golf carts and utility vehicles
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Golf course, golf operations, or golf industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greeting golfers and assisting with loading and unloading golf bags
• Preparing, staging, and maintaining golf carts for daily play
• Ensuring the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of the golf cart fleet
• Setting up and maintaining the practice facility and driving range
• Monitoring range ball inventory and keeping practice areas clean and organized
• Assisting with golf tournaments, outings, and special events
• Supporting daily golf operations and delivering exceptional member service
