About The Position

Sentara Halifax Hospital is hiring a Golf Cart Driver. This is a temporary position with a flexi schedule, offering 6-hour shifts on weekdays only. The Drivers operate and drive a golf cart to transport staff and patients/visitors within the organization's parking lots and surrounding areas on the property. A key responsibility is to ensure adherence to safety rules.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must provide and have a current driving record that is satisfactory as defined by Sentara.
• Upon acceptance of employment offer, a CRD93 form is required to provide authorization for request of driving record. This will be required annually.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required)
• Drivers License (Required)
• Must obtain BLS and CPR within 60 days of hire.

• Previous customer service (Preferred)
• Previous shuttle driving (Preferred)
