About The Position

CADDIE MASTER is engaging Golf Caddies in Kiawah Island, SC, for positions requiring 4-6 days/week or 2-4 days/week. This role is ideal for golf enthusiasts or those seeking a new career on the course, offering an opportunity to work outdoors and interact with golfers globally. The company emphasizes safety protocols for both staff and patrons, allowing focus on golfer experience, camaraderie, and course management. Flexible scheduling, including full days and weekends, is preferred. Caddies can earn over $1200 per week based on availability.

Requirements

• General golf knowledge (ability to play or prompt another golfer)
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first approach
• Physically capable of carrying two bags (up to 35 pounds each) and walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service
• Accompany Golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Provide course knowledge and information
• Assist golfers with decision-making
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Locate errant shots
• Maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls
