About The Position

This role involves providing courteous and prompt service at the Bag Drop for golf patrons, managing golf cars and cruisers, and maintaining the cleanliness of various facilities. The attendant will also be responsible for preparing golf cars for daily business, assisting golfers with directions, and performing other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth operation of the golf services.

Requirements

• Physical, mental, and emotional stamina to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Long hours/shifts often required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality or hotel/previous golf experience preferred.
• Service and Pro-Active attitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present and stage all golf cars and cruisers for daily business.
• Provide courteous and prompt service at the Bag Drop when patrons arrive and leave.
• Direct all golfers to and from practice tee, golf course, clubhouse, and other resort locales.
• Wash, dry, and fold towels for golf cars.
• Collect practice balls from practice tee locations, wash them, bag them, and bring them to the Golf Shop for re-sale.
• Clean, wash, and gas all golf cars/cruisers as they come in from play/resort usage.
• Check on cleanliness of facilities clubhouse wide, inclusive of golf course facility bathrooms on both Mountain and Lake View.
• Perform other tasks and procedures deemed necessary by Golf Shop Cashiers, Outside Supervisors, and Director of Golf.
• Stay busy and look for other tasks and responsibilities that can be done.
