About The Position

Outside Golf Operation Attendants are fully versed in all aspects of the golf department and amenities provided by SentryWorld At SentryWorld, we care about our associates, and we encourage our team to bring that same commitment to our customers to keep them coming back year after year. In order to deliver on our commitment, we require a team of customer focused individuals to work on the golf course to build and maintain customer trust and create a memorable experience for all of SentryWorld’s guests. We are currently seeking energetic individuals who are enthusiastic about the game of golf to join our Outside Golf Operations team for the upcoming 2026 golf season. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Basic knowledge of the game of golf & golf etiquette.
Excelled Communication skills
Possess a willingness to be beneficial, courteous and professional as this is the first contact golfing guests have with SentryWorld customers.
Valid Driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

Responsibilities

Welcome and direct guests to registration and other facilities.
Place golf bags on clean and well-maintained carts at staging area.
Load clubs into guests’ cars upon departure and clean clubs upon completion of their round.
Collect and wash range balls.
Maintain practice tee area for guest usage.
Inform guests of rules and regulations pertaining to the golf course, enforce rules and if necessary, report violations of course rules, golf etiquette or safety to golf leadership.
Inform guests of SentryWorld’s various facilities and amenities available to them.
