About The Position

The Riddle’s Group Inc. is seeking a talented and organized Goldsmith/Bench Jeweler to join their team at their Pueblo, CO store. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and development into a seasoned jeweler. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of bench experience with a variety of standard repairs, possess mechanical aptitude, a creative mind, and enjoy tackling new challenges daily. Goldsmiths will work in a well-equipped shop area within the retail jewelry store and will be supported by company service centers, a modern manufacturing facility in Rapid City, SD, and the Riddle’s Goldsmith Training Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Riddle’s Jewelry is committed to providing strong customer service through continuous employee training and offering top brands. They provide a comprehensive training program covering product knowledge, sales philosophy, and management methodology.

Requirements

• At least 2 years bench experience working on a variety of standard repairs
• Possess a mechanical aptitude
• Has a creative mind
• Enjoys taking on new challenges each day

Responsibilities

• Precise and timely completion of store repairs and custom jewelry
• Ring sizing
• Re-tipping
• Performing head and sets
• Re-building channels
• Setting stones
• Soldering wedding set together
• Soldering chains
• Working on bracelets
