Go-to-Market & Revenue Manager - Rise.ai
About The Position
At Rise.ai, we're looking for a hands-on Go-to-Market & Revenue Manager to drive and accelerate our growth in the Shopify ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to own the commercial strategy, build partnerships, and drive revenue outcomes. Rise.ai is a leading eCommerce store credit and gift cards solution trusted by top-tier brands such as Skims, Dr Squatch, Fenty Beauty, Universal Music Studios, and Kroger. Our platform manages and optimizes all aspects of store credit activity, including gift cards, memberships, loyalty programs, refunds, cashback, and reporting reconciliation, empowering brands to enhance customer engagement, foster loyalty, and drive substantial revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, such as sales, business development, partnerships, revenue, GTM, or commercial leadership
- Proven hands-on experience building pipeline and personally closing deals
- Strong background in partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem-led growth
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, MarTech, payments, or adjacent technology sectors
- Experience managing and leading a team to achieve commercial outcomes
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and a strong bias toward action
Nice To Haves
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Shopify ecosystem
- Exposure to global markets (especially the US/Europe)
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with B2B2C or platform-based businesses
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end commercial strategy, acting as a hands-on player-coach owning the strategy across sales, partnerships, and GTM
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline end-to-end, from outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Personally own and close strategic and high-value accounts
- Build deep relationships with Shopify partners, agencies, app developers, and merchants to drive partner-led growth and demand generation
- Proactively identify and expand into new revenue channels, markets, and platform ecosystems both within and beyond Shopify
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
