Zen Educate Canada Ltd., with offices located at Suite 200, 1575 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, is recruiting for a talented Go-to-Market Lead to identify target markets, develop market positioning and align cross-functional teams to drive growth and maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience in a cross-border and / or global sales environment.
  • Prior work experience in education or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling credible, peer-level dialogue with and securing buy-in from clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the K-12 procurement cycle, budget timelines, and the decision-making structures unique to public education.
  • Entrepreneurial background or demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-agency startup environment, with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, rapid growth, and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements internal and external communication and promotional strategies to expand Zen Educate’s market footprint.
  • Partners with the Chief of Staff and Product team to develop positioning, sales enablement and marketing materials for new app features and service launches, ensuring the sales team can credibly and effectively bring new capabilities to market.
  • Contributes to Zen Educate's strategic expansion into large, multi-jurisdiction charter networks.
  • Identifies key targets, develops tailored engagement approaches, and informs go-to-market strategy for high-priority segments.
  • Reviews market data and customer feedback to develop recommendations regarding new service offerings.
  • Leads the development of sales enablement materials, serving as the voice of marketing and sales in the creation of case studies, one-pagers, conference collateral, and other customer-facing assets that support pipeline generation and conversion across Zen Educate's service lines.
  • Designs and maintains sales training and knowledge management systems to drive the continued upskilling of the sales team, building both core sales competencies and deep product knowledge across Zen Educate's platform, talent solutions, and evolving service offerings.
  • Architects cross-functional collaboration frameworks between Sales, School Success, and Educator Recruitment teams, including standardized communication flows, status update protocols, and shared operating models that improve efficiency and partner outcomes.
  • Mentors and coaches junior sales representatives, providing structured guidance to build fluency in Zen Educate's value proposition and proficiency in selling across its service lines, with a particular focus on accelerating ramp time and long-term rep development.
  • Manages an active portfolio of charter school networks as an individual contributor, executing outbound outreach and relationship development with the goal of converting prospects into signed Zen Educate partners.
