The company is experiencing rapid growth and requires robust systems to support its expansion, focusing on building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation stack to drive pipeline growth. This role is for the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA. The engineer will be responsible for building and managing the technical systems that support the outbound sales strategy, including lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and large-scale AI-powered personalization. This is a critical infrastructure and systems role focused on ensuring prospects receive the right message at the right time, and that the Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data for successful closing. The ideal candidate will have experience building outbound systems from scratch, proficiency with tools like Clay and Apollo, and a focus on pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • A data-driven approach, with a focus on metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, maintain simplicity, and operate autonomously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing tools (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual effort for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for booked meetings and pipeline creation.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to maintain data integrity and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential solutions.
