About The Position

The company is 100% distributed with nearly 200 employees. SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify enables companies to deploy AI voice agents in over 71 languages with sub-second latency. This role is for the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA, responsible for building and owning the technical systems that power outbound sales efforts, including lead enrichment, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization. This is a purely infrastructure and systems role focused on ensuring prospects receive the right message at the right time and that the Sales team has the necessary tools and data to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience building outbound systems from scratch and is proficient with tools like Clay and Apollo, measuring their work by pipeline influenced.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in terms of funnels and obsessively track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • A proactive approach to shipping fast, keeping things simple, and operating without waiting for explicit permission.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing tools (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual work for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the full top-of-funnel to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to maintain data cleanliness and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential implementations.
