About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Go & Python Developer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on developing and maintaining our agent and cloud microservices using Go, with secondary responsibilities in Python for specific tooling and event handling. The developer will also work with JavaScript/TypeScript for our tenant portal and load testing. A strong understanding of concurrency, gRPC, and RESTful APIs is essential. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform is also required for infrastructure and orchestration tasks.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Go (primary language).
Proficiency in Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, context cancellation).
Experience with gRPC/Protobuf.
Experience with the Gin HTTP framework.
Deep familiarity with Kubernetes/K3s (CRDs, KServe InferenceService, DaemonSets, NetworkPolicies, Cilium CNI).
Familiarity with Docker/OCI (multi-stage builds, container runtimes).
Experience with Ansible (roles, Jinja2 templates, handlers).
Experience with Terraform (AWS modules — VPC, EC2, Route53, security groups).
Experience with systemd service lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Vite/React/Tailwind.
Experience with k6 load testing.
Experience with PostgreSQL (pgx/pgxpool, schema migrations, parameterized queries).
Experience with Kafka.
Experience with Redis.
Experience with bash E2E test scripting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain agent and cloud microservices using Go.
Utilize Python for Redfish event subscription and BMC tooling.
Work with JavaScript/TypeScript for the tenant portal (Vite/React/Tailwind) and k6 load tests.
Implement Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, context cancellation).
Develop gRPC/Protobuf for agent-cloud streaming.
Build Config Service REST APIs using the Gin HTTP framework.
Manage and deploy applications on Kubernetes/K3s, utilizing CRDs, KServe, DaemonSets, NetworkPolicies, and Cilium CNI.
Utilize Docker/OCI for containerization, including multi-stage builds.
Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using Ansible (roles, Jinja2 templates, handlers).
Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (AWS modules for VPC, EC2, Route53, security groups).
Manage systemd service lifecycle.
Implement security best practices, including mTLS, WireGuard VPN, and OpenSSH hardening.
Design and implement RBAC systems.
Work with PostgreSQL for data storage and management.
Utilize Kafka for messaging.
Perform load testing with k6 and develop E2E test scripts in bash.
Engage in security testing, including OWASP, network policy validation, and penetration testing patterns.
