About The Position

The Go/Kiosk Associate is responsible for preparing and serving all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk, delivering food and beverages to Bingo players, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining portion control. This role also involves utilizing proper stocking and rotation procedures, operating a Micros POS terminal, assuming responsibility for cash control, and following proper cash handling procedures. The associate will accept payment from guests, balance the cash drawer, learn product logistics, adhere to safety procedures, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet daily. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous fast food experience preferred, but not required.
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable.
  • Consistently high-performing.
  • Knowledge of product and facility.
  • Knowledge of sanitary practices.
  • Safe and sanitary knife skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and independently.
  • Able to follow recipes.
  • Able to maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
  • Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
  • Mobility throughout the facility.
  • Able to work under stressful conditions.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to twist, bend and squat on a frequent basis.
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds on a periodic basis.
  • Able to tolerate kitchen heat and congestion.
